Golden Crust Pizza in Amherstburg

They do such good food here ,,never had a complaint

Unlike what another reviewer said, the pizza is NOT frozen. You can watch them roll it out for yourself. And they have a proper oven, not a conveyor belt. The crust is fantastic! I moved away from the area, but still make trips back just to grab a pizza. I especially like the way they do their pepperoni. It's shredded instead of your standard slices, and it covers the whole pizza evenly so you get pepperoni in every bite.

We ordered a pizza one night and it was not what we ordered. The owner offered us another pizza at another time for the mistake. We just tried to claim the pizza and he didn’t honour it. My entire family has ordered pizza from him for years and now has lost all our business.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The owner claims to be in business for 17 years, I'm SHOCKED considering his absolutely aggressive and disrespectful tone. There are many pizza places in Amherstburg and this is by far the WORST. The quality of ingredients are poor and I'm genuinely appalled with his ability to take down a simple order.. It's severely compromised. I called back after we picked up the pizza to ask why the order is wrong and he didn't even apologize or be accountable. We'll never return. Come on! A veteran in the industry should learn to make more of an effort to at least ATTEMPT to keep a customer's business. Nope. Luckily there are many other great pizza places in Amherstburg.

Have been ordering pizza from here for awhile Sometimes hit or miss on delivery times but good pizza .Then the other night spent alot on pizza ..was delivered and we started eating..it was lukewarm but the worst thing was it tasted horrible..like it was 2 days old..so I called to let owner know..he was rude and said he,d give us our money back..I said no he didnt have to give all back but I,d take half back..he said I send with driver.then said "dont ever call again I dont want your business " I was shocked we were good customers...his drivers are polite and really nice..and they know we are good tippers..with his attitude he,ll be outa business soon. Oh by the way?? He never did send any money back to us.. Beware !! Guy cant take complaints. 😣

The best pizza in town, bar none.Not only is it tasty, but it's affordable and promptly delivered piping hot by some of the nicest delivery people in the business. I would rate this place 6/5 stars if I could!

Best pizza place in town! The guy on the bottom comment is absolutely right when saying the sauce is great tasting without being overpowering. The food is ALWAYS delivered hot as if it is fresh out of the oven (Which I love), the fries are absolutely amazing and I find myself sneaking all of them just so I don't have to share them with my children. Great job!

Called an hour before to make sure it would be really promptly for 5....nope not ready. Then a call halfway home they gave me wrong food and had to go back. No offer of anything for totally messing my order and making me come back.

Golden Crusts fried chicken is everything good fried chicken should be. Rich flavour, crunchy breading....ive got to stop writing. Getting hungry all over again.

Were down in Amherstburg last week for a visit and decided to give them a try. The chicken was fantastic so we went back the next night for pizza...have to admit that the pizza wasn't nearly as good as the chicken. Not bad but not great.

Pulled up to the location, while getting out of the car and walking to the door one employee went straight for the open sign to turn off and got a "we're closed." Arrived well before the posted hours. No explanation, no anything. Will not return.
